How not to look cool proposing

Okay, this is “impressive” if you really think about it, but that doesn’t mean you look cool doing it. The Star-Ledger’s Kelly Heyboer has a story about Bernie Peng, a New Jersey resident who spent a month reprogramming Bejeweled 2 so that his girlfriend would see a message with his marriage proposal once she reached a certain score.
Talk about customization. Some people think they’re cool for getting a plane to write in the clouds, others choose to go the Yankee Stadium scoreboard route, this guy rewrites a slew of code to put something in a place where his wife-to-be couldn’t possibly expect it, I guess. Wow.
