Five second rule applied to wedding cakes

Check out this example of the “five second rule,” as applied to wedding cakes. You know, the rule where you pick food up off the floor if it hasn’t been there for five seconds (okay, probably 10), and eat it anyway? Well, howabout applying it to your wedding cake top?

 
I’m a pretty typical five second rule follower, but Judith’s mention of it being not-so-bright on Monday morning might change my mind. Oh, okay, probably not.
